Former Agricultural Economics Faculty

From introducing computer modeling systems in Newton County, Indiana and Niamey, Niger to analyzing alternatives for consolidating Indiana’s rural schools and studying policy options for international trade, the former faculty of Purdue’s Department of Agricultural Economics have left a lasting mark on the department, the university, and the world. Our former faculty members have shaped the minds of students who now manage their own family farms and an array of agribusinesses, and others who have gone on to top-level U.S. cabinet posts. These faculty members taught our students the economics of world agricultural development and helped world leaders formulate policy reform.
